March Plate Diary Dollars

Our Plate Diary Dollars have been calculated for March 2009 - there wasn't a lot of counting, since there was one Plate Diary comment, but every little bit helps.

This one comment resulted in a $1 donation to FeedingAmerica.org and was matched by Kraft Foods to provide 32 bowls of food to hungry people in the US. Isn't that's amazing that so little can still help a lot of hungry people?

Imagine how many more hungry people we all could feed if all those "sleeping" Pass It On Plates moved our of their cupboards and into the hands of family and friends...

Let's keep those plates moving and see how much more we can donate for April.

Remember, there's no charge for you give a Pass It On Plate to anyone, and you will not be asked to pay anything or donate any money.

A Pass It On Plate is a ceramic plate that travels from person to person, sharing food gifts and bringing goodies to pot luck dinners.

Each plate has its own tracking number which corresponds to an online Plate Diary.

As people pass their plate from person to person,

they visit our website to read messages left for them by their friends, read about where the plate has been and what it has carried, and they can leave messages to their friends before they pass it on again.

Thank you for visiting!
